They're out of business
This love is horrible! Says he is going. Bankrupt when you come get your suit..no refund! But is still taking money from “new” Customers and not notifying people who are needing a tux!
Would not recommend!!! My son got married Saturday and non of the groomsmen tuxedos fit. My other son was a groomsman and his white dress shirt was dirty. We had to steam all of the shirts because he said he didn’t have the time because they came in from a different shipping company. Communication was terrible. Told us they had to be returned Monday and when we dropped them off at scheduled time he was not there.
Through the experience of fitting and ordering of Tuxedos for my wedding party we were met with inconsistent communication, poor customer service, and not to mention when we picked up the Tuxedos there was no place provided for try on and all of the tuxedos ended up being the wrong size with several of the groomsmen not receiving their replacements until the late morning of the wedding day.
