i love them! they were very helpful! They made my husband look and feel LIKE a MILLION BUCKS on our wedding day! His Grooms Man looked amazing as while! Every positive attitudes, they made sure they had everything in on time and in order!
Paid for tuxedos and ties last april, had to reschedule due to covid. They never gave us a heads up and shut down. No service and no refund. Just took our $$$
My wedding is in SEPTEMBER. I went to pres.tuxedo from a recommendation. Got my fiance dad and brother fitted and paid for in FULL. And have 6 groomsmen that are waiting to be fitted. I spoke with a Janet in may who said theyd be open and calling clients first week of JUNE. Its now ending JULY I have been calling and emailing every single day multiple times along with my mother and not a SINGLE response. What a joke. Closed down and stopped answering all messaged. So they pocketed well over $1000 from our wedding and they didn’t even give us the tuxes. My mom canceled the charge on her card AND PRESIDENT TUXEDO DISPUTED IT AND CHARGED HER AGAIN!!! Even though they didn’t give us anything! Scammers.
