I would not give this place one star if that was an option. I had reserved two floats for a day the next week. The money was removed from my account, I received an email confirming the day and time of the floats, and when I arrived the "conveniently" didn't have my information saved. I was unable to float, so I requested my money back. The woman behind was no help, stating her boss would call me or get into contact with me and return the money. The experience is indescribable. You feel like your body is part of the water. It is so relaxing!
