Best decision I ever made. I lost 50 pounds and feel much better. My blood pressure is down, my sugar is down, I have more energy, and my knees and ankles don’t hurt anymore. Friendly staff that communicates with you. They don’t try to push anything on you. They inform you and let you decide the best route to take for you. I wished I had went earlier
