Always having trouble putting my password in, every time you change the screens it messes me up, I just had been into the office at the bank and they put me in a new password it doesn't work but it works at the bank this sucks
I got my quarterly statement and they’ve been charging me a “service fee” I called to find out what’s going on, and they need the “new CEO” to call me back to help. I have no confidence that they’ll follow through. I thought I could trust a bank AT THE VA but I guess I’m wrong.

I have a friend trying to complete the loan process all last week, kept being told computers were down. Today all you can get with a phone call is a lame message about being understaffed and to leave a message. Guess what - - - ? Their mailbox is full. What good are they here? I was shopping for an investment CD. I pass on doing business with them.
