Poor management
My aunt has been a resident at Alexandra Gardens for 7 years now. We are her next of kin and visit her at least once a week and speak over the phone, often. We want to shout out to all the wonderful carers she has had over those 7 years. But, especially, of late, Kerry and Kylie in Jasmine Court have been exceptional. They really do a wonderful job and we are so grateful.
