Terrible. Staff member was incredible rude. Had to buzz in three times and every time the lady with a middle eastern accent said the door was open when it wasn't. Became incredible belligerent when I explained what was happening. Fix this attitude someone needs to talk to her.

Mill Pond staff does everything possible to give us a reason to face each day with anticipation and hope. The variety of activities provided-excellent music programs, many church services and Bible studies fill our hours every day. All of the above are so very appreciated however, the incredible kindness and love shown by staff every single day is absolutely mind-boggling. I absolutely enjoyed my work at Mill Pond. As resident services director, I became well-connected to our residents - they are simply the best! The staff genuinely care for the residents and provide excellent care. My experience at Mill Pond provided a place to make lasting, endearing friendships. I miss them all and wish Mill Pond all the best in the years to come.
