Ramita and team are doing a wonderful job at looking after my father
The Bullying culture is absolutely thriving in this facility. I spent the worst month of my life as a nursing trainee here and was subjected to bigotry and abuse daily by the night sister in charge at the time. As well as bullying, left to care for residents on my own even though the procedure is to work with a partner when job training. I pity anyone starting their career as a trainee at this facility, not to mention the poor residents. Thankfully I worked at a wonderful facility long after I resigned from PAC.
