Bought a UV printer from here and figured it would just be shipped. Instead, I was invited to come down and see a demo with Mark, then they delivered and set up! They even ran me through a few trial runs! Eric was super helpful and showed all kinds of tips and tricks. Just outstanding customer service! Highly recommend.

I bought an EPSON P series printer this year after meeting Kathy at the Epson center. Communication was great and delivery was quick. Slight issue with install which was very quickly resolved and Mark the owner jumped on it immediately which was very reassuring.
