What a great business I stumbled across when looking for a gift for my wife. My wife loves to craft and I had the hardest time finding a special printer for sublimation. I absolutely love love love Kathy, she was so knowledgeable and helpful too with the purchase of my Epson F170 sublimation printer, shipping was super-fast (next day) and the printer was packed perfectly. Bonus she also followed up with me after it was delivered. I will be getting all my supplies in the future from 'Prepress Supply' :-). Thanks again Kather your customer service was excellent!!!!!
My experience with Kathy was exceptional!! She was understanding of my frustrations my business was experiencing and jumped right in to help and for that I give 5 stars. However the experience I had with Michelle in accounting was not so great. She was not understanding, and even after all the documents I sent still refused to send me the equipment to my second location. Mark is A+ and a handful of knowledge. They have the best deal on printers and no bs just up front purchasing. We have bought 4 commercial printers with PREPRESS highly recommended!
