I bought an EPSON P series printer this year after meeting Kathy at the Epson center. Communication was great and delivery was quick. Slight issue with install which was very quickly resolved and Mark the owner jumped on it immediately which was very reassuring. What a great business I stumbled across when looking for a gift for my wife. My wife loves to craft and I had the hardest time finding a special printer for sublimation. I absolutely love love love Kathy, she was so knowledgeable and helpful too with the purchase of my Epson F170 sublimation printer, shipping was super-fast (next day) and the printer was packed perfectly. My experience with Kathy was exceptional!! She was understanding of my frustrations my business was experiencing and jumped right in to help and for that I give 5 stars. However the experience I had with Michelle in accounting was not so great. She was not understanding, and even after all the documents I sent still refused to send me the equipment to my second location.
