My experience with Prepare and Prosper was extremely frustrating and disappointing. First, clients wait weeks just to get an appointment, and then once you finally arrive, you can expect to wait another 1–2 hours before actually being seen. The process is incredibly inefficient. What bothered me the most was the way clients are spoken to. The staff communicates professionally through email and text, but in person and over the phone the tone is completely different. These people are awesome. In so glad I went here today to get help. The staff was all extremely polite, especially the gentleman who helped me. I want to say his name is Jordan, but I could be wrong. Whoever he was, he rocked! He actually made me think about looking at doing something like this myself someday. 😊
