My husband went to this place to repair our son’s iPad mini 5. We were promised a few days. We took it in Sunday and promised Wednesday or Thursday. We never got any communication, it wasn’t done until over a week later. We called to ask if it’s ready, nope. We would get the promise of a call. No updates. He called again on Saturday, the guy sounded annoyed and defensive. And again promised to call. Kind people who are helpful. I would definitely return here. They helped me by restarting my phone and answered all my questions. I was so grateful I didn’t have to spend all the money and time to replace the screen. I was impressed that they were willing to help me and not upsell me unnecessarily.
