Good diagnosis & advice.
I have been a patient of Joshua Bonney at PREP for three months. I am very happy to have had the benefit of Josh’s treatment over the last months. I am hoping to return to cross country skiing after an ACL injury. Josh’s expertise and encouragement have been brilliant. I feel much more confident and am getting stronger. Cant recommend prep health and performance enough. The staff are all welcoming and create an unreal environment to train in. I have been going there for a year and Josh has been a massive help every step of the rehab journey getting me back to playing footy.
I started working with Josh Bonney from Prep Health to improve my overall wellbeing. Josh started a programme to increase muscle strength, improve fitness and stretching and the results have been amazing.
