My brother hired Mr. Evans for a very important custody case, and unfortunately our family had a very disappointing experience with both the attorney and office staff. It’s hard for me to believe that this guys are a real law firm. They do not return phone calls, they use the Law & Order theme song for people to listen to while on hold, Admin girl leaves a lot to be desired for, I am pretty sure if they won your case, a first year law student could have done the same thing. This firm is a joke. I can’t imagine why I am not laughing though….
Absolutely horrible experience trying to get a consultation. My first call i got punted around several people that were literally asking same questions. In the end they forwarded me to someone else and i hanged up after waiting over 10 min. Two days later they called me, asked same exact question transfered again after 5 min new guy started asking same questions, when i told me hold the phone explain what is happening to, he kept talking refused to listen to me.. and i am suppose to trust them with interests?
I cannot recommend Mr. Prentiss highly enough. He successfully resolved two very complex legal matters for me with professionalism, confidence, and what felt like remarkable ease.
