After hiring David Evans from my case for family law I have lost everything. He had 7 months to file things and serve people and did nothing. Would not share my file with me. Would not give me receipts on what was needed what was paid for with the $10,000 down. They have ghosted me since I have fired him since August 3rd after court. By far one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I was appointed this firm by the court for a further Arraignment date. Before that date I tried to contact an attorney and wasn’t able to, that date came luckily one of these attorneys showed up. At that hearing the judge literally looked at the attorney after I noted I as not able to get in contact with one which was Mr. Evans, and said he would call me after, I even gave my number to this attorney, he never called me!!
