Horrible customer service. Terrible support.
I was very happy with the outcome of my legal problem. Tim did what he said . He was quick and very helpful. My experience was great . Although I would say that, he’s not the easiest person to get a hold of , And my best way of doing so was to contact his staff and making an appointment. Hey guys, I’m updating this review because I had referred a relative of mine to Tim Prentiss and I just wanna say what a fantastic job Tim did and I’m very grateful for his work. I was very happy with the law office. Everyone from the first call I made was very helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure to help me with the whole process and answer any questions I had along the way. If I ever had a situation in the future I will call them again.
Very dishonest Tim prentiss I was giving this attorneys phone number by metlaw . I have coverage from metlaw the first 4 hours of any service. This attorney waited until less than 1 hour before my court appointment. Had so guy name Brent call me and say i am not covered. But i am covered. They demanded a ransom retainer of $7500. I don't have it they took my $2000 Dollars i had in my savings and told me i would get it back. If i win they have to pay my fees . I WON . They are going to get paid from them.
