I had an amazing experience working with Dr. Kaitlyn through my c-section recovery program. I live a very active lifestyle, but after 3 c-sections, I had a lot of scar tissue built up and pain with core work and often post running. Through a variety of techniques, Dr. Kaitlyn successfully broke up the scar tissue and helped me turn on and start to re-engage my inner core (I wasn't aware it was off!). My bucket list has always been to run a marathon and, because of this program, I have signed up for and begun training for one... read more

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Prenatal Postnatal Therapy! Dr. Kaitlyn Smith and Dr. Leslie Kramer have played an incredible role in both my prenatal journey for birth and my recovery postpartum. When I was pregnant with my son 3 years ago, I struggled with pelvic pain and prenatal depression. Between lockdowns from the pandemic and lack of knowledge with it being my first pregnancy, I didn’t know what to expect and my options to prepare for birth were limited. I had a few complications postpartum an... read more

After exhausting all my options with no relief through my 1st pregnancy, I thought I had no choice but to deal with the major pelvic discomfort and sciatic pain in my 2nd pregnancy. Then I found Prenatal/Postnatal Therapy. I worked with Kaitlyn and appreciated her knowledge, friendliness and patience as I went through my sessions and pregnancy. I was able to have much less pain and discomfort and a much more enjoyable pregnancy than my 1st. Another Perk is how conveniently accessible they are whether it be via email, phone, ... read more

I started seeing Dr. Kaitlyn after the birth of my first baby. She was able to address one of my issues within minutes of our first session. She is professional, patient and full of knowledge. My only regret is not seeing her during pregnancy as well! Dr. Leslie is also amazing and was helpful throughout my PP journey as well. Highly recommend PPT!
