You will receive excellent care here. I paid for 12 sessions starting at 13 weeks pregnant and the provider truly set me up to prepare for labor naturally (my goal). Although I got sick and got HELLP (nothing related to pelvic floor problems) I had to deliver at 32 weeks with c-section and was not able to use my exercises in labor, this is still the best thing i could have done for myself in pregnancy.
