I’ve done a few prenatal massages and Jessica at Prenatal Massage & Movement Center is the best! They also have the table that has a hole in the bottom rather than just a pillow on top of a regular tables which makes this much more comfortable. Highly recommend!
Loved that these massages were HSA/FSA eligible -- really comprehensive prenatal massage experience, including feet and head and jaw! Customized to meet your needs. Have been seeing Jessica throughout my pregnancy. While the office isn't the chicest around, the space is soothing and comfortable.
What a heavenly yet medical based experience. Jessica is meant to be a healer. She listened to my aches & pains and released so much tension while also giving me suggestions for things to implement at home. You could tell she really understands the female body from a medical and holistic approach!
I recently had a divine massage with Oumdath at their UES location! She listened to my areas of concern and performed some really great techniques (specifically in my lower back and tailbone area) that left me feeling brand new. She also gave me a euphoric scalp massage that I never wanted to end. Overall, highly recommend Oumdath and look forward to more sessions with her!
