Placed 2 expensive orders (#11354 & 11355) for long distance transportation for mid January. Flight into Montreal cancelled at the last minute. Transportation orders cancelled ahead of the deadline. We were assured that credit (minus 15%) would be given to us on our credit card. In spite of multiple phone calls and emails, no refund has been given and emails and calls are now NOT answered. This is fraudulent.
