Excellent bedside manners; very professional, careful, gentle with the whole process because it is quite painful. Roland was extra informative too about the fact that tattoo ink is not regulated by any regulatory body within the U.S. to ensure tattoo ink safety, which is quite scary and unsettling. Also, after your session is complete, he also offers you a Lindt chocolate because he's from Switzerland. I recommend him to anyone interested in removing their tattoos.

Roland has been working with me for years on a very stubborn tattoo (I’m a special case). He has been so patient, professional, and has made the whole process so comfortable. Each session is so quick and he works fast so that the laser session is done seamlessly. He uses a cooling machine and gives you a stress ball. I'm 6 sessions into an estimated 8 for full removal of two tattoos. Roland is amazing! His process works, he's super friendly and accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. This is the only spot I'd recommend to anyone for tattoo removal.

COME HERE! If you’re thinking about it, just make the appointment and come in. I knew nothing about tattoo removal, but Roland explained everything and made it very easy. Prices were very fair, as I had been looking at different places before coming here. Pain was not bad at all. Overall incredible experience!
