We’ve used them twice so far and the communication has been excellent. They even answered kindly when I called back a few times with different questions. They deliver as promised with realistic expectations. We will definitely continue to use them as our only process servers. They make it really easy and even communicate after they file their proof you can’t get better than that. The cost is also fair for the work that they do.

I had a really good experience overall and I’m glad I chose Premium Process. They handled my case with professionalism and understood the seriousness of the matter. They made multiple diligent attempts to serve the papers, and when the person was avoiding service, they provided proof of non-service for avoidance, which the court accepted and allowed me to proceed with service by mail. Tim Sanko and his team at Premium Process, LLC are extremely professional. Their next day service definitely calmed my anxiety. All documents were delivered promptly, including the affidavit of service. Tim is very responsive, friendly, and makes sure to make arrangements for time sensitive deliveries. Throughout the process, communication exceeded my expectations, ordering was easy, and no question was a bother. I highly recommend this company. :)
