Once I uploaded all of my information including my card number, I clicked "Submit" but instead of a confirmation the page disappeared and popped up their home page. Very suspicious behavior. Legitimate businesses would never allow that to happen. Now I have to watch my card charges to hope they didn't steal the information and steal money from me. Very disatisfied with this so-called business.
When I called the number on the website to confirm my same-day service, the guy was annoyed that I called his personal line and told me to send an email. He was very rude. I paid $155 and was treated like garbage. When they sent me the email stating that they served the law office, they said I would receive proof of service in 2-5 business days.
