Ordered an orange table with 4 orange chairs in March 2021. On July 30th I received 4 assembled orange chairs and no table. Wrote to the company, sent numerous emails and they said that I would be refunded the $517 they charged me for the table. Now no refund and they have not sent the table. It may seems like nickels to them but I work hard everyday and it's a lot of $ to give away to a company who makes a profit.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Ordered 2 cup holders a month ago. No shipping info, no order processing info, no communication whatsoever from the company. I called 5 days ago and got a message saying they no longer take calls due to covid despite their website saying 24/7 support. So i sent them an email. Here it is 5 days later with no product, no information amd no contact. Im beginning to think this is a scam company and they just stole my money.
Unresponsive, untrustworthy, unbelievable! Premium Poly Patios operates extraordinarily effective "customer firewall". I canceled an backordered order within 48 hours of placement and they shipped and billed it anyway (12 weeks later). They refuse to accept phone calls and ignore emails. Moreover, I bought two of their branded chairs elsewhere and found them exceedingly difficult to assemble. If I didn't own some serious woodworking tools, assembly would have been impossible. Do business with them at your own risk!
Ordered a patio set on May 4 for $2800. Delivery on my order form was listed as July 20-Aug 20. Wrote emails many times requesting updates with no response. They do not answer their phones. Received email on Aug 18 requesting I pay an additional surcharge of $700 due to raw material price increases. I declined and asked them to honor the original price.
