So impressed with Caryn's knowledge of the body's structure and how best to help it heal. Her energy and enthusiasm are obvious and she gives great advice on how to strengthen particular muscles. I left the appointment with a lot less stiffness/pain in my shoulder from the treatment she gave me. I recommend you see her. She knows her stuff!!
