Caryn is an amazing physician! I was surprised by how hands on she was, which is exactly what I was looking for. In 45 minutes, she addressed three problem areas that I've been struggling with. She took the time to go through all the exercises with me, set me up on the PhysiApp, logged 18 exercises tailored to me, and made sure I understood how to use everything properly. I started seeing Caryn at this service 2 weeks ago and she has been amazing to work with in my recovery, Caryn has been welcoming from the very beginning and very lovely to talk to (which does help with trying to get back to 100 again). Her knowledge and skills has truly helped me so far and I can’t thank her enough.
I went to see Caryn with the stiffest neck and upper back that she had ever worked on (Caryn's words). I had limited rotation of my head and neck and the stiffness was causing vertigo and light headedness. Within three quick consecutive secessions Caryn had me back to full 180 degree rotation of my head and neck and the vertigo and light headedness had considerably reduced allowing me to return to work. Caryn is an outstanding physiotherapist. VERY thorough assessment and treatment. Hands on in her treatment approach and very knowledgeable and confident in diagnosing. Works well with other allied health and medical practitioners and refers when necessary.
