We have been very happy with our Premium experience. Loz set us up on the demo board package and was very attentive making sure we hit the slopes with the right gear. We’ve been in a few times throughout our stay to tweak bindings or try out a different demo. Everyone has been just as helpful. Premium definitely lives up to the name.
I have been coming to premium for all my snowboard and mountain bike needs for the last 4 years. The service is absolutely unparalleled. No other place in the village will give you the customer service and support like this one. This is one of the last (if not the last) rental shops that is privately owned. You will feel like family here. Big shout out to JESS, LACHIE, and JOE. Do not think twice about making a reservation here.
The whole rental experience was excellent!
My partner and I hired boards from Premium. Everyone has been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Though a special shout out needs to go to Loz. She sorted us out on our first day, and was very thorough going into details of our skill level and mountain conditions to make sure we got boards that best suited us. We’ve also been able to swap out our boards at later times to adjust for changing conditions and ensure a great day every day!
Exceptional service from Holly and the lady from Brisbane! The best ski gear I have rented.
