Goeie service by Sam and Landon. Only had to pay for 3h instead of half day as the shop was closing 3h later.
We hired DH Bikes for myself and my 2 teenagers to explore the bike park whilst my wife hired an eMTB to do some local XC riding. Super friendly knowledgeable staff, especially Rufus and Ella helping us setup the bikes. Great equipment, excellent bikes, nice to be able to safely store the bikes with them at lunchtime. The discounts off shop items was especially great to take home some new gear. Thanks to all the team.
The places great, it's right in front of the hotel's southwang. Entrance, if you're gonna rent a bike and the prices are really reasonable for 4 hours, you can get a bike for like $50 and they have bikes for all sorts of people they have trail bikes, electric bikes, valley bikes, all sorts of bikes and unfortunately I couldn't rent a bike but there is a really nice person there? Massive thank you to Premium for our rentals for the bike park. We had a fabulous day and it started and ended with the lovely, helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff which made it. First timers and they were patient, and had great tips for us and lovely to meet them all. Especially Rufus and Elle (sorry not sure if Elle or Ella?), and also Landon and the mechanic (sorry couldn't remember name eithe, sam?)! Would recommend :)
Shout out to Ella Dave Rufus Terry from Ft. Lauderdale Jess Holly !! All you guys made our mountain biking experience AMAZING! Such a great spot, so accommodating! Fantastic bikes. The team above were all so helpful and positive. Can’t wait to go back and we would love to rent from here again.
