Very pleased. Rented bikes for trail riding. The bikes were perfect for the ride. The trail network is large with lots of variety. Great experience.
100% go here when you need to rent in whilster!!!!! im always looking out for a budget friendly option when doing any activity and these guys were not only the best but also the most budget friendly. I asked around at a couple of shops before settling. I learnt that premium gets new bikes almost every year for their customers whereas places like evo just do a service once a year and use the same bikes, which for somewhere like whilster where they are getting used alot (brakes, suspension etc) probably isn't the best upkeep. ... read more
We rented 2 DH bikes for the entire day and we couldn’t be more pleased with it, bikes were received in impeccable conditions. Ella and Holly were so lovely and helpful answering every question we had. They even went beyond and offered us coffees! I would recommend this spot to anyone coming to whistler trying to rent a bike for plenty of reasons but definitely because it’s one of the more affordable places out there. Thank you Premium and we will definitely be renting again!
Renting a bike here made me realize that every other bike I’ve ridden has been pretty bad. Jess was lovely and helped point out a great route for the day, the valley bikes were PERFECT and we even did a little mountain biking with them! I would certainly rent from here again :)
My fiancé and I rented a couple bikes this last weekend and it was a great experience. The prices were super fair, the online waiver and rental form were easy and straightforward, and the staff in the store were very friendly and helpful. Holly, Rufus, Dave, Will, and Sam (especially Holly and Rufus!) were awesome to deal with and got us fitted and on the road in like 10-15 minutes along with a great coffee from their machine in the shop.
