Phenomenal service from Terry! Was a little concerned buying an X rental sight unseen, but Took the time to answer any questions and get the bike prepped for shipping. Super honest and friendly! The bike arrived today in amazing shape! If we ever need a rental in Whistler this is where we will go!
Let me explain, the adds says 30% off rental when you do it online, but hey, still ended up more expensive than other shop that are around. Not so a deal. Service was great and hassle free. Why one star? They send me an email the day after my rental with a link to send gratuities to their staff!!!! This is going above reason, borderline narcissist, pay your employees better and dont ask for more from your customers please
We wanted to share that we received exceptional assistance from Terry and the rest of the team. From the beginning when selecting our bikes to the support from a minor injury. They came to pick up the bikes which helped out so much! Would definitely recommend their team, thank you!

Great experience renting an electric trail bike for 4 hours from this place. Equipment worked well on the Valley trails, price was a bit lower than other rentals nearby, and staff were great. Would use their services again!
