Exceptionally quick and friendly in spite of the Sunday late afternoon rush. Hands down the best demo gear I ever rented. Highly recommended and there are ALOT of choices to rent from.
I always notice Customer Service when I travel and they exceeded my expectations. They were kind, friendly, willing to help us first-timers to the area (Whistler). They took good care of us and our rentals, the price was very fair and less than expected, and they valet our skis for us so we didn’t have to carry them back to our room. I highly recommend as they were more personable than most other places! Great service too!
Super easy to get our ski rentals for our large family. Entertained the kids while the others were getting fitted, and the fancy hot chocolate was a fan favorite! Will use them again!
We had a great experience renting skis here, it was super convenient and easy. Everyone was very friendly and Holly was amazing and super helpful.
Just had an excellent walk-in fitting with help from all the great staff. Rufus, Harris, Holly and Max were all great from reception to discussing our options to the fittings themselves. Prices are reasonable (Mind you you’re still in Whistler so things are not cheap) and everyone was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back. They have coffee and cocoa while you wait and coloring pages. (:
