I have to say that my loan officer was awesome. He was there anytime I had questions. He answered those questions clearly and concisely. The only issues I had with the whole process was the amount of time it took for underwriting. It seems like once the underwriters have your paperwork no one has any idea what's happening or when it'll happen. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.
Kristyn was a true professional—efficient, knowledgeable, and always responsive. A great experience working with her!
