If I could leave less stars I would!! Stay away from this place! Extremely poor communication, I ordered items, paid for them, and it’s been a month of nothing but excuses and lies. They certainly will accept your money, but good luck getting your product. I’ve written this purchase off as a bad judgement call on my part, as I will probably never see my products. I will never make that mistake again with this company. You should do the same……
Ordered a 3m 2080 roll of vinyl to do some graphics on a customers vehicle. After waiting almost a month the order was finally delivered with very little communication from anyone. I opened the package to find the wrong brand, dirty, old vinyl and upon further inspection it’s not even the correct material. They sent me a clear roll of arlon vinyl instead of 3m. Didn’t respond to phone calls, texts or emails at all. Would give zero stars if I could.
I have tried to get in contact with them on an order via email, call, and i’m not one to leave a bad review but it’s been a month since i placed the order, and it has only partially came in. I would like to cancel the rest of my order and get sent straight to voicemail and get no responses via email.
Been trying to get in contact with someone there for 3 weeks now about an order that hasn’t shipped (almost a month after ordering). Terrible customer service and terrible experience all around. I will never use this company again.
A horrible experience. I spent almost 1000 to order my film according to 3 days of shipping and it took 3 weeks to arrive. I had to call and they didn't answer. And a soap never arrived and they don't answer to return the money.
