This company has let me down multiple times and my fault for not reading their reviews beforehand. I purchased a tint keg water sprayer kit from them as well as additional inline filter due to the advertised speed of shipping (1 day shipping) and delivery which they did not come close to meeting. I ordered 3 items with 2 day delivery on 27th March and my card was charged. Life got busy and then realized my items never came in. Sent email April 3rd, no answer. I called their two numbers April 4th, no answer. Shortly after that, I got a call saying the package shipped that day. I was sent a false shipping number that has yet to register in the system on April 8th. Still no items. It's too bad, tinting season about to start and I need a lot of gear.

I received my order after a little more than 3 weeks and after initially no communication, which is the reason for the 3-star review. Products eventually arrived as purchased. I spoke with Kevin from the store, and I understand that they are improving their ecommerce experience. In today's world, consumers want quick delivery and if not possible, clear communication so that their expectations are managed.
