Today is June 23, 2025. I was supposed to have my elderly father‘s car picked up tomorrow on June 24. They are making a major move from Massachusetts to Florida. SCAM SCAM SCAM I wish I could do negative stars. Lied to me said it’s one price, jacked it up to quadruple the price the day they were supposed to pick up. Then had the audacity to to ask for a $200 cancelation fee.

Same as ordes quoted me a price and called to give me a higher price saying the driver were demanding more really shady.

If negative stars were possible Premium auto Transport would have earned them. “Sam Davis” if that’s his real name called me every name in the book. Very poor customer service. Total bait and switch operation. Low price upfront but once they get a deposit the price magically increases significantly. They should not be in business. Avoid at all cost. Got a refund after reporting them to PayPal.
