Excellent advice, very accessible and explains things in a simple manner. Very good at what he does but doesn’t show off. For small business taxes, family, rental properties and rebates etc., highly recommended.
Terrible service. I requested direct deposit since I don't live in Canada and he didn't do it. When I asked him to help me with that, he told me that it wasn't his responsibility and I had to do it when I could. They told me that he hadn't requested anything from what I requested. It's been a year and I haven't been able to get my taxes back.
