First off, she doesn’t give refunds which would’ve been neat if that was posted somewhere but it’s not I secondly it’s the shittiest selection you’ve ever seen thirdly go down the road into Springdale that lady will order you anything you want and she has every option color size all options any option you can think of for pants or shirts she has so I can avoid this place at all costs this lady just know she doesn’t. I was welcomed well and treated well when I was in the store. There was no point where the assistance felt overbearing; the lady who assisted me had the genuine kindness of a soul who wishes well upon others. She treats people well and asked questions relevant to the uniform I was purchasing with the job they were for. A quick, but enjoyable experience of simply shopping for what I needed, there being a lot of availability in selection, and kindness in service. You cannot ask for any better than this.
Mrs. Kathy at Premier Uniforms in Fayetteville is the absolute best! I go a few times a year with a “Scrubs allowance” from the clinic I work for and it seems I always run into Kathy! She always is beyond helpful and extremely sweet! I always have to let her know because she is the absolute best!! Thank you so much for your wonderful service Kathy!! It does not go unnoticed! (Give her a raise!! she deserves it!)
I went in thinking they took good notes and saw exactly how I showed them I wanted my uniform adjusted. Not only did they put them backwards, the stitching on the trousers I gave them was so poorly done. I could have done what they did had I known they were going to add one little thread poorly made and call it a day. I tried several times to show her with pictures how I needed it, and she knew that the pin she gave me wasn’t going to hold the item in place so she would remember. But they still messed it up.
