Made an appointment to get picked up at 9:30 a.m. They never called to say they would be late. When I called she said she didn't write down my number and they won't be here until 11a.m. Unacceptable! It is now 11:20, still no ride! Won't answer my calls. They finally showed at 12:45.... So unprofessional! NEVER AGAIN

Showed up at the house 30 mins late which put them picking us up AT the actual doctor appointment time. Needless to say, was late to our appointment.
