Have been to the premier bank at the pick ‘n save location multiple times for a change order I called in before hand so that when I get there it is ready. when I get to the counter and ask for the change order that I called in ahead of time the person at the counter is usually on their phone, doing their make up, or some thing else doodling while my change order has not even been started this is a regular occurrence and plain and simple it’s unprofessional and unacceptable. Today i went to the bank at pick n save in fort atkinson to cash a check. My cousin has an account there so i signed my check over to him and the cashier would not accept my wi i.d.card because it was broken and all number weren't visible, understandable. However ,i had my tribal id and she wouldnt accept that either!
