Very unprofessional people. I send them my windows measurements by email with my phone number. They called me and said that they need to go to my home to “accurately” take measurements and advice me on what is the “ best option to fit my needs”.
They set an appointment at my house between 9am-11am. They call me at 10:30am to tell me that couldn’t make it on time . I wasted my morning because of them. No respect for others people time.

Horrible customer service. They state 3-5 business days for manufacturing and 2-5 days for shipping. I waited 10 days and my order still is not done being made. I was told on the 10th day it was shipping that day and they would forward the tracking number. Never heard back from them. They do not answer emails. I have disputed the charge with my CC company and cancelled my order.

Been trying for THREE months to get kitchen window blinds installed. Simple straightforward blinds - nothing fancy or out of the ordinary. 1st time - factory made the wrong product. Understand that happens. 2nd time - wrong frame and hard ware. Now I am truly annoyed. 3rd time today - after rearranging Memorial Weekend plans to get the installation in and done - now the slates don't open fully because of measurement issues. I am beyond patience and understanding....
