Premier came out to replace a pane in my Atlantic window in Fredericton, NB. The installer was one-time, friendly, and super fast. He even answered a few questions about the window installation for me. I wish I had got his name to give him a shout-out. Overall they made the process as easy and painless as it could possibly have been. Very impressed.

Gave us incorrect advice resulting in having to buy another piece of glass. Parts ordered didn't fit, so they had to come back. Second piece of glass was not ordered until weeks after order placed, and then they overcharged for a part they didn't fit (and they have not responded to my call). Close on 6 months from start to finish.
