I had the pleasure of meeting Charles through our realtor. Charles was of great assistance in walking us through an error in our mortgage estimate for 2025 and provided us the correct tax information directly from county, which we then presented to our mortgage lender and the issue was resolved. We would not have been able to clear this up if it wasn’t for Charles giving us the tools to get this situation resolved. We are so thankful to have met him and look forward to working with him in the future! Highly recommended!!!
