Charles Brady is World Wind, as well as a Genius! We sat down for a phone call/conference, and he made the Most Complicated and Stressful process (Buying a House) seem Very Simple and Straight Forward. He ran Numbers, produced Projections, and took Charge of Seeing my Wife and I become First Time Property Owners! He was Respectful, Attentive and Extremely Patient throughout. Worked with Henry and he was efficient and we closed quickly. By far one of the easiest mortgages I have ever done. I highly recommend PWM and if rates ever come down I'll use them again.
