Zero stars. This is a bottomless pit, texting with customer service is nonexistent. it is an AI link to nowhere. When i tried to return Christmas pajamas that arrived after Christmas it became impossible to accomplish. First they moved their company shipping and warehouses to China, that is why it took so long to ship it to me, they offered solutions that when accepted they changed it. first, they were going to refund 20% and I keep the pajamas. my option to return them would be for me to pay postage to China. i agreed to th... read more
Let me start off with we experienced such poor customer service with this company, it would take at least 3-4 pages to write it all out. Communication with us was extremely unacceptable. One word responses, asking us to send her things several times, not taking care of our father’s bills, not signing the relator’s contract, not keeping us informed of anything unless we asked. Do not use this company!
