Very disappointing experience. We refinanced our home five years ago, tgis title company close the deal and are now being charged $44,000 for a lien that should have been addressed at that time. Despite multiple attempts to have them put a claim to their insurance since they made this error we have no respond. Their lack of accountability has put our home at risk. Do not hired this title company for anything. I will be posting this for the rest of my life since now I have to pay for this for ever
The service by Premier Title in Chandler was below unacceptable. The Buyer’s agent requested the use of Premier and we agreed, not realizing what a horrendous problem this would be. First of all, from the date of opening escrow to the date of terminating our relationship with that escrow company, not on a single occasion did the escrow officer respond to a single telephone call, email, or inquiry from the Seller.
