2yrs in a row this man made mistakes doing my taxes causing delay in my returns. When I expressed my concerns, he said things happen and he hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional Doesnt return calls and ignore your calls as well.
I do not recommend Mr Joseph tax preparer to NO one very unprofessional 10 months to receive tax refund due to lack of communication never return calls very rude no help what so ever very very poor customer service if you want your taxes done correctly do not go to this tax preparer he sucks your refund will be delayed trust me never again lesson learned!
