I don't even want to give one star. One star is too much for this business. STAY CLEAR, STAY AWAY. They will give you heart attack. Never seen such a disorderly place. I am not even sure how they stay in business. Your calls will never get answered and your taxes will never be done on time (or NOT DONE at all). Leaving you out in the cold. SHAME!!!!! Horrible experience. We paid for 2023 taxes to be filed, here we are in 2025 taxes haven’t been filed, we are now receiving mail from the IRS over this. We were lied to. What a disaster
I even do not want to give this place a star. They even do not care about their long time client. I don’t usually leave reviews, but when it comes to taxes — something so important and sensitive — I feel it’s necessary. People deserve to know what kind of service they’re trusting with their financial responsibilities, and businesses should be held accountable when they fall short. I've been going to this tax office for years. Great pricing, fast service, knowledgeable people. Be courteous, have all your info, files & receipts ready. Don't expect a tax service to do your homework, or have a magic wand to fix the government regulations. Best place in town, thank you!
Unreliable, unprofessional, uneducated tax people. If you just have a W-2, great, but if you expect them to know anything beyond that, don’t.
