DO NOT GO HERE!! I REPEAT DON’T GO THERE. They are shady people. I’ve been a customer for years and last year they charged me $900 cash to file my taxes and it turns out they never file my taxes. I should have caught it because they made me pay them cash and they did not give me a receipt for some reason. Since I was their customer for years I didn’t think nothing strange of the situation but now I understand why. SHADY business practice. Stay away from them. Now I’m stuck with an IRS penalty thanks to their professionalism.
My mom and I have done our taxes with them several times, never had I had a problem, in fact they were very efficient. However, this time they gave me the first available agent when I had requested an appointment with a different person plus they messed up my refund, and entered the wrong bank account. After realizing the mistake I called them and all they told me was “your refund will bounce back to the IRS and you’ll get a check from them” no clarity as to what the process was or how long it’ll take.
