Sharing this so the next person who is seeking PT for a sprained ankle doesn’t spend $150 for exercises Todd from Planet Fitness could have showed me for $10 and a sugar-free RedBull.
I chose Premier Rehabilitation when I broke my foot in 2023 and the entire staff here is absolutely AMAZING. Unfortunately I ruptured my ACL a couple of months ago and it was a no brainer where I chose to go when it was time to choose a rehabilitation location. Dan Fryc and his staff are great in every aspect of their work from the reception desk on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

WAS ABLE TO CANCEL MY HIP SURGERY! I was scheduled for a hip replacement on 4/26/24 and asked my surgeon to please order PT before surgery to strengthen my left leg. I am working with Sidney and she started me on a pretty intensive strengthening program for my left hip. To my total surprise, my hip felt better after the exercises and my surgeon said that as long as I’m getting relief to go ahead and cancel my surgery and call if and when I no longer have relief. Best PT I've had. My hips were causing me pain. Jenna assessed and created a plan. I began feeling progress quickly. She worked with me on a plan and I was able to complete my treatment in about three weeks! Thank you!
