I was diagnosed with bursitis in my knees, which should have been very easy to clear up. I had seven appointments at PRP and all the while I was disappointed with it's poor customer service, ineffective product (sometimes the therapist hardly touched my knees, only using shock treatment and ultrasound), and lack of bookkeeping (I had to remind the front desk attendant of how many visits I had payed for).
