I arrived at midnight for my 7am-12pm delivery appointment in the morning. Backed up in the dock and slept. I got a knock at 7:20am. Gave them the BOL, and was told there's a $40 Lumper fee. I asked if they do EFS checks and he said yes. Not really alot of parking since the facility is small, but they do have open docks that you can park in. Got done unloading me by 8:15am. Very professional and fast here.

On google maps it states they close at 4pm, but I Previously arrived at 2pm and there was nobody on site. At premier produce, You can park in their parking lot If there is parking in this small yard. You can Get here anytime at night, but they open at 6am. Lumper fee is paid cash. No bathroom for drivers. Waited for almost 4hrs to get loaded ona Saturday. Other bad thing they don't have restroom for drivers. So make sure if you come to this place bring food and release everything in a truck stop.
