He was very quick to come get my money and I sent him the paperwork but I had to call him two days later and let him know the people that I wanted evicted had already moved out so I asked for a refund or at least half a refund back I will never use him again and I suggest you think twice about using someone who will not answer your calls or respond to your messages about their services working for you very very unprofessional

I was being ping-ponged between the county and town of Orchard Park; no one could give me straight forward answers. Mike was extremely knowledgeable. He provided much needed information and fantastic advice on how to address a Notice of Eviction and what to include to safe guard against the tenant’s possible response.
