Lindsay is very knowledgeable and really explains the minutiae of what is happening with your body. What I like best is how active she is during the sessions with active release, dry needling, and exercises. I've seen too many physios that just visualize instead of manually feeling what's going on. Also she sends the exercises to you after your appointment which helps if you are super forgetful like me or afraid you are doing them wrong in the first place. The best therapist I've seen.
