Amazing work! When I got into my accident I couldn’t walk but Dr. Hays got me walking way sooner than predicted! He got me back to normal and gave me amazing at home workouts and stretches to keep myself going on the days I did not see him. If you ever need any kind of physical therapy, go see him! He listens and asks many questions to fully understand your struggles to give you the best treatment plan possible. Thank you Dr. Hays!
Dr. Hayes is the best ! I went to him for a shoulder injury and within a matter of weeks of doing the exercises I’ve noticed such a difference. He is very attentive and really listened to what I came there for and provided excellent care !
This was such an amazing physical therapy experience! After my injury I was nervous on what type of exercises I would be able to do. Thankfully Dr. Hays is a doctor who lifts, and he was able to incorporate weightlifting into my rehab. Now I'm back to doing squats and deadlifts with no pain. I had a meniscus surgery from a crossfit injury 10 years ago, through the years with constant training and not addressing the minor pain, the knee had become swollen, stiff,painful and unstable. Finally I got help from Dr.Hayes and he had worked with me to correct the structural issues to strengthen the quad. I am slowly but surely getting back to getting myself to where I was pre surgery.
