After suffering with plantar fasciitis for a couple of months, a friend recommended Dr. Chris Kopp at Premier Physical Therapy. I was able to get right in for treatment. I felt better after a couple of sessions. Walking is my main exercise -- I am back to walking 2-3 miles a day plus riding my bicycle 5 miles each day! Dr. Kopp and his staff at Ponte Vedra are wonderful. Taylor, Tyler and Mia were great as well. I would highly recommend Premier Therapy and Dr. Kopp for any type of physical therapy needed!

The team was incredibly thorough, quickly identifying exactly what was wrong. I skeptically went to PT for sciatica pain and to prepare for hip replacement surgery. I didn’t anticipate any benefit and believed I just needed to get on with back surgery for the sciatica pain. Dr Chris is amazingly talented in his knowledge and skills in treating my significant back pain. I hobbled into his office with a pain level of 8 and after two hours walked out with a pain level of 2! He not only diagnosed my symptoms, but knows exactly how to treat it! His innovative, practice of dry needling help to decelerate my pain dramatically. Forever appreciative! Actually, looking forward to my next treatment! Thank you Dr Chris!!
