Everyone was very nice, but they seemed to pay very little attention to patients. Room full of people doing exercises seemingly alone while therapists stood by the computer and chatted about their personal lives. I was told what to do exercise wise, and left to do them alone without supervision. I also saw a different physical therapist every single visit which I feel makes tracking progress quite difficult. Emanuel and Joe are great!!! There billing department at the office they are not helpful. I asked the desk about how much per visit and gave me billing. I called billing sent me back to the office. Office contacted billing and told me from there office manager it would be hundreds per visit? Really??? I have a deductible lower than other insurances I can't get a straight answer out of anyone. I've never been to physical therapy and I was apprehensive if this would work. Let me tell you everything! This place is amazing. You never have to wait long for your appointments. The staff is extremely helpful and caring. I worked with Colleen and Lauren and they are wonderful. I had a great experienced with Lauren Dangler, I give her five stars. However, when it was time to schedule my PT for the next few weeks, some dates Lauren will not be available and I have to work with other PTs. Well, after seeing the other PTs just literally chatting away and clicking away on their little laptop in a little corner NOT facing the patients at all, I decided to cancel the rest of my appointments and will be going to PENN Medicine PT instead.
