I've never been to physical therapy and I was apprehensive if this would work. Let me tell you everything! This place is amazing. You never have to wait long for your appointments. The staff is extremely helpful and caring. I worked with Colleen and Lauren and they are wonderful. I had a great experienced with Lauren Dangler, I give her five stars. However, when it was time to schedule my PT for the next few weeks, some dates Lauren will not be available and I have to work with other PTs. Well, after seeing the other PTs just literally chatting away and clicking away on their little laptop in a little corner NOT facing the patients at all, I decided to cancel the rest of my appointments and will be going to PENN Medicine PT instead. My husband had surgery with a surgeon at Premiere Orthopedics and they try to push you to use their own everything throughout the process. From their own MRI center (which is inferior to Brinton Lake Imaging and also very soviet) to their own physical therapy facility which I discuss in this review. In order for physical therapy to be safe it should be done one on one with the patient and physical therapist whereby the therapist is by your side throughout the session. There's not enough text here to describe how much this physical therapy office means to me. They are all passionate amazing people who helped fix my body and fight this back injury I've suffered with for 4 years. Not only but also teach me about my body and how to train it further on to keep making it better. I spent about 270 visits at this place across a long time.
