Emailed them through their website, never heard back. Left a message, never heard back. Finally got someone on the phone and told her that I'd left several messages -- no apology. Five minutes into the conversation, and she tells me they don't accept my insurance even though their website states that they do. Complete waste of my time.

Premier Pediatric is the best place for your child. We are very happy with their kind, skilled, and knowledgeable therapists; and polite and helpful front desk staff. The therapists are so creative in every session; and every time they surprise me with what I see. Thank you, Brittany, Rachel, and Rachel (Two Rachels ). All the therapists are smart, kind, and helpful; and best front desk staff. I am all the time surprised by how they pick them. Thank you Premier Pediatric Therapy Source for your great service.

We jumped in with both OT and Speech therapy for our child but within a few weeks, the management told us they were leaving our insurance plan because they "wanted more money". The crew of therapists seemed to be nice but because of this, we didn't get much out of this provider, and the services had no positive impact, though we attended several weeks of sessions.
