Since starting at PPTS in 2024, my daughter has thrived under Ms. Rachel’s care. Ms. Rachel has a gift for motivating her and truly understanding her needs. The team approach here is fantastic; we never miss a beat even when our primary therapist is on vacation because the hand-off to other providers is so well-documented and easy
My son has been coming to Premier for therapy for almost 5 years. He has done PT, OT and speech therapy. The center is clean and well maintained, staff is great from the front desk personnel to the therapists. Their policies are fair and flexible and communication has consistently been top notch. We have had several therapists rotate in and out over the years and sometimes there is challenges with scheduling especially when a favorite therapist moves on but Premier has always worked hard to find great matches with new staff ... read more

We’ve been bringing our daughter here for a few years now, and we absolutely love it. The front desk staff are always so friendly and make us feel welcome every time we walk in. She’s mostly worked with Ms. Hannah and Ms. Mercedes—both are amazing! Super sweet, super skilled, and totally invested in her progress. We’ve also seen a few other therapists when needed, and they were just as great. It’s clear they really care.
