A sales person name josh nowell came to my business to sign me up, we agreed on some things and i signed all the paperwork, then the next day he called me up with different thing of what we agreed on, then i told him if he can’t do our initial deal then I don’t want his service so he got mad and started yelling on the phone and became super rude very unprofessional, then he asked me how much i would pay him for his time for driving to my location to sign me up, i told him what about my time, he said his time is more valuable... read more
10 years and 10 bad reviews... 1 bad review per year...they serviced over 15,000 clients. Do the simple math here folks, that's honestly pretty damn good! I have seen this business jump through fire to help their customers! face it, we live in a world when great service is "normal", so pleased don't be fooled by this undeserved rating.
Well, we had ANOTHER unsolicited, unwelcome phone call from Dan Riggs this morning. Despite our repeatedly asking him to please stop calling, he continues to do so. When I ask who is calling, (although he has called SO MANY TIMES, I know his voice!) he hangs up on me. Wow. Great way to get customers, eh Dan?
Premier Payment Solutions is the best credit card processor in Michigan! They are a family owned and operated company based out of Lansing and they provide excellent customer service. Better than anyone in the industry I have dealt with. I will never take my business elsewhere!
Should have never signed with this company. They are rude and don't disclose all their fee's when signing you up. I was leary about switching and I was right. Have not been happy since I switched. I should've really read what I signed and reviewed this company.
Hung up on me after I asked about the bad reviews on the internet. Then I got a phone call explaining
Josh was extremely rude and aggressive!!! I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!! When we decided not to move forward he threatened to charge me for canceling when there is clearly no cancellation fee on the contract. I would pay double what I pay now to avoid doing business with this company!!! BEWARE!!!!!
Extremely rude and aggressive woman names Sherry (sp?) kept demanding the name of my business to remove my phone number. I will be reporting this unsolicited call and, if they do not cease and desist, file appropriate charges.
A Dan Riggs called twice and began asking questions. When asked if he could state the purpose of his call he rambled that to save time, to just answer if we accept credit cards or not. As a common practice, we do not give out information over the phone. I asked if he could give me more information about the nature of the call.
