I purchased a Herman Miller Embody from Debbie about two months ago. I called on a Monday and they were able to schedule a next-day appointment for me. Even though I only wanted to buy one chair, I got the full treatment! Debbie went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the features of the chair and that it was the right fit for me. Two months in, I can definitely say it was the right choice and I’d recommend these folks to anyone small or large!
These guys were great during the pandemic when I wanted to test out and buy a Herman Miller chair for my home office. Unfortunately, I needed warranty service done on the chair and they were unresponsive through both phone and email. I ended up having to use another dealer for my warranty repair.
