I'm giving them a 3 for now. First day I went to see them was back on 10/21/2025. Appointment was at 12PM and I didn't see the Doctor till almost 2:30PM and almost missed getting my son off his bus at 3. The Doctor is also new. The staff however are extremely nice. Today 10/28/2025 they got me in 15 minutes before my scheduled time and I was out in 15 minutes after my scheduled time. So they seem to be getting a little better but slowly.
I was absolutely terrified because of the reviews and just got a new job and had to go. All of the staff in the office from the medical assistant to the nurse and nurse practitioner were so welcoming. Heather the nurse has a wonderful heart and shes so kind. I left smiling and saying bye to everyone. I really think the ladies did a fantastic job!!
Had an excellent experience. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was a walk-in for a pre-employment drug screen and the whole process took less than 20 minutes overall.
They take ABSOLUTELY forever. Do not come here!! You will be waiting for hours!
The appointment time means nothing. You will wait. Friendly staff though.
