Very nice staff, nice drivers
I am extremely disappointed with this bus service. I waited over an hour past the scheduled time for my bus, and when it finally arrived, there was no apology or explanation. For people relying on public transport to get to important appointments, this is unacceptable. I do not recommend wasting your time on this bus
Awesome company I’ve been travelling with them since the age of 16 between Sydney and Brisbane and I’ve always had fantastic drivers. Best company around never had an issue once I had to change a ticket twice and they were completely sweet with it. The owner is a great guy I met him once I have a photo with him. Wonderful safe ride home despite taking 5 hours to get home from Brisbane, because Gold Coast traffic is problematic for everyone. Quality clean & comfortable seating makes for a good experience.
Cannot thank Premier enough today for rescuing those of us who lost our connections due to train delays, and getting us from Bomaderry Station across to Nowra for the service south. Wonderful and unexpected service over and above.
